Privacy and analytics
Organiq is currently a development deployment. Optional first-party analytics are off until you consent. Declining does not block website previews.
What we collect
With consent, we store a random visitor identifier, session identifier, page path, referrer, and UTM campaign attribution. We preserve first and last touch attribution through signup and checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or fingerprinting.
Account operations, billing ledger entries, job costs, security checks, and essential service events are recorded by the backend to provide the service. Rate limiting stores hashed client addresses per time window.
Your research
Public website content is crawled within page and size limits. Approved research may be processed by our search-data and AI services. Source content is treated as untrusted evidence. Do not submit private or confidential website content.
Google Search Console data
Connecting Google Search Console is optional; Organiq works without it. If you connect it, Organiq asks Google for read-only access (the webmasters.readonly scope) and reads search performance data for the Search Console property you choose: search queries, pages, clicks, impressions and average position. Organiq cannot change anything in your Google account.
Organiq uses this data only to show you how your own website performs in Google search and to judge whether the actions in your plan are working. Page-level clicks and impressions can be sent to our AI service provider to prepare your growth review, and are used only to produce that review for you.
Your Google access token is stored encrypted. Performance figures are stored in your workspace so later checks can be compared with earlier ones. Organiq does not sell Google data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. No person at Organiq reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
You can disconnect Google in Organiq at any time, which revokes Organiq’s access at Google and deletes the stored token, or remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Organiq’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Essential operational messages are separate from optional lifecycle suggestions. Lifecycle messages need opt-in and can be unsubscribed. Development email is redirected to a test recipient. Production sending remains disabled until sender verification and required business details are configured.
Controls
You can disable optional analytics in Settings and remove stored analytics identifiers. Account deletion/export and a formal retention schedule must be configured before commercial launch. No third-party sale of personal information is enabled.
Development limitations
The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact, retention periods, and jurisdiction-specific consent review remain launch requirements. This notice describes current behavior; it is not a completed commercial privacy policy.
