COMPARISON · CHECKED 22 OCTOBER 2026
AI visibility tools compared.
AI visibility tools ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other assistants the questions your buyers ask, and record whether your brand is named and your pages are cited. The main options are Profound and Peec AI for dedicated prompt tracking, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Semrush inside larger SEO suites, Otterly.AI, and Organiq, which pairs the AI answers with Google demand and an action plan. They differ most in which assistants they cover, whether they read the consumer app or a model API, and whether they tell you what to change.
We make Organiq. Everything below about other tools comes from their own websites on 22 October 2026, linked in each row; prices change, so check them before you buy.

What to check before you choose
- Consumer app or model API. The ChatGPT people use searches the web and shows sources; a raw model API often does not. Ask which one the tool reads, and whether it labels the difference.
- Who writes the questions. Questions that contain your brand name always find you. Useful questions are the unbranded ones a buyer asks before they know you.
- How many answers, how often. Assistants vary from one run to the next. A share of answers over a fixed question set is a measurement; one screenshot is an anecdote.
- Mentions and citations. Being named in the answer and having your page cited as a source are different results, with different fixes. Look for both.
- What you do next. A dashboard that shows you are missing is the start. Check whether the tool says which page to write or fix, and how it will tell you if that worked.
- How you pay. Monthly subscriptions suit continuous tracking of many prompts. Paying per research run suits a team that checks, acts and re-checks.
How Organiq measures
An Organiq assessment asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the same set of unbranded buyer questions, written from what your website sells, and stores every answer with the assistant, model, date and collection method. It records which brands each answer names, which pages it cites and what the assistant searched for. It also measures Google demand and your rankings for the same topics, because assistants with web search draw on the pages that rank.
The result is a prioritised plan: which page to create or upgrade, which questions it has to answer, and which sites assistants trust that should mention you. Each action comes with a brief for your coding agent. A weekly check repeats a set of the questions so you can see what changed. Organiq does not estimate visits or promise rankings or citations.
Common questions
Which tools measure AI visibility across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?
Profound, Peec AI, Ahrefs Brand Radar, Semrush, Otterly.AI and Organiq all measure it, with different coverage and pricing. The table above lists which assistants each one says it tracks. Organiq asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the same buyer questions and records which brands each one names and which pages it cites.
How do I check whether ChatGPT and Claude mention my brand when buyers ask about my category?
Ask the questions a buyer would ask without your brand name in them, such as “which tool is best for…”, in each assistant, several times, and record who is named and which pages are cited. Doing it by hand works for ten questions. A tool repeats it on a schedule so you can compare one week with the next.
How do I compare my brand’s AI visibility against competitors?
Use the same unbranded questions for everyone, and count how often each brand is named and each site is cited across the same answers. Share of answers on a fixed question set is comparable across weeks. Single answers are not, because assistants vary from one run to the next.
How often should I monitor brand mentions in AI answers?
Weekly is enough for most businesses. Answers change when the pages assistants read change, which takes days to weeks, so a daily check mostly measures noise. Re-check sooner after you publish or change a page that targets those questions.
Is there a free website audit tool that also checks AI search visibility?
Organiq’s preview of your live public pages is free and needs no account. It covers technical basics and the search demand around your offer. Asking ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini your buyers’ questions is part of paid research, quoted before it starts.
Which company offers website analysis, keyword research and AI visibility checks in one tool?
Organiq does: one assessment reads your site, measures Google demand and your rankings, asks AI assistants your buyers’ questions, and turns the result into an action plan. Semrush also sells SEO and AI visibility together, as Semrush One.
How do I turn a website analysis into a prioritised action plan?
Rank each finding by the measured demand it affects and by how directly your site can fix it, then write each one as an action with the evidence, the steps and the check that proves it worked. Organiq does this for you and re-checks each action weekly.
Can an AI tool generate coding-agent prompts to fix my website’s SEO issues?
Yes. Every action in an Organiq plan comes with a complete prompt for a coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor: the target page, the searches and questions it must answer, the evidence and the acceptance checks. You can also read the plan into the agent directly over MCP.
What does an AI visibility tool cost?
Most are monthly subscriptions. The lowest published price we found was Ahrefs Brand Radar’s custom prompts, from $50 a month; enterprise tools such as Profound quote on request. Organiq has no subscription: you buy prepaid credits ($1 = $1, minimum $50) and approve a quoted maximum before each research run.
